You can disconnect your device by logging into the app and selecting 'Unbind.' Alternatively, disable Bluetooth by clicking on the Bluetooth icon on your phone.
Some devices require you to connect to Bluetooth twice under the same name. One connection syncs contacts and phonebooks, while the other handles calls. Click the Bluetooth icon, locate your device name or LE address, and connect. Then, tap the "i" icon next to the device name to enable features like contacts and music.
If your device isn't staying connected, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, then reconnect via Bluetooth. Some devices have a power-saving mode, which may cause disconnections when not in use. Ensure that feature is turned off if you're experiencing issues.
